How to redeem

Step 1: Download the MITSUKOSHI ISETAN JAPAN APP

Step 2: Register to become a member

Step 3: Register the use of the 5% discount reward (agree to the terms and register your passport information)

Step 4: Activate the 5% discount reward at the tax-free counter (or some service counters) of Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores within Japan.

Step 5: Complete


Remarks:

- Please present the digital coupon and passport at the time of payment to receive the 5% discount.
