Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at OLIVE YOUNG in South Korea

1. Payment must be made with a JCB Card.
2. Only purchases made at participating OLIVE YOUNG stores in South Korea are eligible for this promotion.
3. Payments made via QUICPay are not eligible.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or services, unless otherwise permitted by JCB or the participating store.
5. The cashback amount will be calculated based on the final transaction amount, including taxes and any other applicable discounts or special offers.
6. This benefit cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

9. Eligible transactions will be determined based on the transaction date. However, transactions that take an extended period to process or transactions for which transaction data is not received within the designated period may not qualify for the campaign.
   Cashback Period: September 10, 2026 – November 9, 2026
   Deadline for receiving transaction records: November 30, 2026
10. Cashback will be credited through your card-issuing bank or card issuer. Cardmembers will receive the cashback within 60 days after the designated period. Estimated cashback crediting date: From December 8, 2026 onwards.
11. Please check the list of eligible card issuers for this promotion.
12. A processing fee may be charged for receiving the cashback, depending on the card issuer.
13. Only transactions settled in Korean Won (KRW) are eligible for cashback.
14. Cashback will be credited as a whole amount with up to two decimal places. Amounts below the smallest denomination of the currency will be rounded down.
15. The exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction may differ from the exchange rate applied when the cashback is processed. The applicable exchange rate will be determined by the card-issuing bank.
16. Cashback will not be provided in the following cases:
    -    The transaction for goods or services is changed, cancelled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent.
    -    The card has been cancelled or the account is not in good standing on the cashback crediting date.
    -    The card number has changed due to card replacement or reissuance before the cashback crediting date.
    -    The card membership is no longer valid before the cashback crediting date.
    -    Payment cannot be completed during the campaign period due to system failure or other technical issues.
    -    Payment is made through a third party rather than directly to a participating store.
17. JCB International Co., Ltd. and OLIVE YOUNG shall not be responsible for any disputes arising in connection with this promotion.
18. If a Cardmember violates these terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or any third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. and OLIVE YOUNG may suspend or cancel the special offer or other transactions and may retrospectively forfeit any benefits accumulated up to the time of cancellation.
19. The promotion period stated herein is the period during which the promotion is scheduled to run at the time of publication. The promotion may continue beyond the stated period.

22. Cardmembers who meet the specified spending requirements will receive cashback credits in their card account within 60 days from the end of the promotional period.
23. The cashback amount earned through this promotion will appear as a “Refund” transaction in your account and will be calculated based on accumulated spending at OLIVE YOUNG merchants only. After the cashback has been credited, the system will automatically deduct KTC points from the cardmember’s account based on the cashback amount received under this promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
