Promotion for KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card at Takashimaya

1. Purchases must be made with your KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card.
2. This promotion applies only to purchases made at Takashimaya outlet of Osaka or Nihombashi.
3. The JPY 100,000 spending threshold is calculated based on the final amount actually paid with your KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card after all applicable discounts and promotions, including tax.
4. The right to receive this offer may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

7. Transactions eligible for this campaign are calculated based on the transaction date. However, some transactions may not be counted if transaction data is not received within a designated period due to delayed sales processing.
8. Cashback will be provided through the card issuer of the card used. Cardmembers will receive the cashback within 60 days after the designated period. 
9. Depending on the card issuer, a fee may be charged for cashback.
10. Only transactions settled in JPY are eligible for this promotion.
11. Amounts less than the valid decimal places of the applicable currency will be rounded down.
12. The exchange rate applied at the time of transaction settlement may differ from the exchange rate applied when cashback is processed. The exchange rate for cashback is determined by the bank.
13. Cashback may not be provided in the following cases:
    -    If the transaction for goods or services is changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed fraudulent.
    -    If the transaction for goods or services is changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed fraudulent.
    -    If you cancel your card or fail to set up an account by the cashback date.
    -    If the card number is changed due to card replacement or reissue before the cashback date.
    -    If your membership is invalid at the time cashback is processed.
    -    If payment cannot be processed during the promotion period due to system failures or other reasons.

15. In the event that a cardmember violates these terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. and Takashimaya may suspend or cancel this promotion or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting cashback accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.

After the cashback has been credited, the system will automatically deduct KTC points from the cardmember’s account based on the cashback amount received under this promotion.

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
