Terms and Conditions for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmembers”) who make eligible purchases with their KTC VISA credit cards at participating merchants under the eligible MCC categories specified below, with cumulative spending of THB 5,000 or more. Only in-store transactions are eligible; all types of online transactions are excluded. The Promotion is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 (“Promotion Period”), according to the specified terms and conditions only.

2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at www.ktc.co.th/ shoppingvietnam, before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. For the calculation of cashback, KTC will calculate based on cumulative eligible spending of THB 5,000 or more, with eligible spending capped at THB 10,000 per card throughout the Promotion Period. Cardmembers will receive 3% cashback credited to their credit card account.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will consider the combined eligible spending across all registered cards for the calculation of cashback. The cashback will be credited to the card account with the highest eligible spending.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 90 days after the last day of each calendar month.    The calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period.
9. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 300 Baht per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
10. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
11. The cumulative eligible spending for this promotion is calculated based on foreign currency transactions converted into Thai Baht (THB).
12. KTC will calculate the cashback based on the cumulative eligible spending incurred during the Promotion Period, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion.
13. Foreign currency transactions will be converted into Thai Baht based on the foreign exchange rate applicable on the Posting Date, as shown on the credit card statement.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
