Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals (MCC Code 5995,0742) during 1 Mar 26 – 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASHBACK,all types of KTC PROUD, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text PET, [space] 16-digit card number (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC. 
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cashback value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion. 
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the accumulate purchase amount per month for cashback as specified in the terms and conditions. 
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
9. KTC will credit cashback to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month (31 Mar 26, 30 Apr 26, 31 May 26, 30 Jun 26, 31 Jul 26, 31 Aug 26). In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount and transaction amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe). 

 
Terms and Conditions for 0.74% Installment Payment for 3,6,10 months with KTC Card 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card  (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals during 1 Mar 26 – 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.    
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. The By PHONE 0.74% interest Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3,6,10 months is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 baht according to specified conditions only.  Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 baht/purchase. 
4. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to 0.74% interest Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3,6,10 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on the purchased date only. 

 
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion 

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party. 
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record. 
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers. 
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
