Terms and Conditions for Malaysia Airlines Promotion

1. Booking Period: 1 Aug 2025 – 31 Oct 2025
2. Travel Period: 1 Aug 2025 – 31 Dec 2025
3. Bookings must be made via https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/th/en/cug/ktc-exclusive.html or via the Malaysia Airlines app (web/mobile version only), and subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
4. Promo Code: KTCXMH25 (please enter exactly as shown, case-sensitive)
5. Enter the promo code on the payment page to receive the fare discount.
6. The promotion is applicable as stated:
• 13% off for Business Class (J, C, D, Z)
• 10% off for Economy (Y, B, H, K, M, L, V, S, N, Q)
• 5% off for Business Promo (Z), and Economy Promo (O)
7. Offer is valid for Malaysia Airlines-operated flights that depart from any point of Thailand to all Malaysia Airlines-operated flight destinations.
8. Codeshare flights, including those operated by partner carriers, are strictly excluded from this promotion.
9. Itineraries involving non-Malaysia Airlines-operated sectors, where one or more segments are operated by other airlines, do not qualify for this offer.
10. Multi-city itineraries and booking are not eligible for this promotion. The booking flow for multi-city journeys does not support promo code application, and such itinerary and booking are excluded from promotional fare eligibility. (Kuala Lumpur to Kansai; operated by Malaysia Airlines Kansai to Sapporo; internal flight operated by Japan Airlines Narita to Kuala Lumpur; operated by Malaysia Airlines; whole itinerary is made under one (1) booking which includes codeshare flight is not applicable)
11. Offer is applicable to airfare only. Not inclusive of fuel surcharge and government and airports taxes and levies.
12. Not applicable for Enrich always-on discount
13. Promo seats are subject to availability and may vary accordingly to flight origin, destination and travel period.
14. Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid for use in conjunction with other offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
15. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to modify or change the details at any time without prior notice.
16. Malaysia Airlines’ policies, rules & regulations which shall include the General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage apply.
17. Offer is valid for Malaysia Airlines-operated flights that depart from any point of Thailand to all Malaysia Airlines-operated flight destinations.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Aug 25 – 31 Oct 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/air-ticket/malaysia-airlines within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
