Suggestion for the use of credit card
- Immediately sign your signature at the panel on the back side of the card once received
- Do not bend your card or scratch the magnetic stripe or chip and keep your card away from heat.
- Do not disclose credit card number or any information about credit card to any third person or write its down on any document.
Advice for your traveling abroad with KTC Credit Cards
In the case of transactions in foreign currency where currency conversion is required, the Cardholder
agrees and acknowledges that KTC may charge for currency exchange risk at the rate of not more than 2% on
the reference exchange rate as announced by the Credit Card Company, of which KTC is a member, to hedge
against such risk. If such foreign currency is not US dollar, it may be converted into US dollar first and
then converted again into Thai baht before being collected from KTC. For more information about

Replacement the Expired Credit Card
KTC will issue a new credit card and send to you 1 month in advance prior to the existing credit card expiry date. The cardholder should activate a new card immediately upon received.
Card lost or stolen and re-issue new card
1. Cardmembers can do the card suspend by yourself via KTC Mobile app as per the following steps
1.) Select KTC Card and “Card Setting” then select “Temporary Card Block”.
2.) Turn on "Temporary Card Block“.
3.) Select "Block" to confirm.
4.) Temporary Card Block successful.

Upon notification from the cardmember, KTC will temporarily suspend the card. Cardmember will not be held liable for any transactions occuring after the suspension has been processed. A replacement card may be requested immediately.
Please note that a card replacement fee of 200 baht per card per time applies (exclusive of 7% VAT).
