Privilege Terms & Conditions

1. Privilege is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
2. Privileges are applicable to Visa Signature Cards issued in Thailand only. (except Corporate, Commercial and SME Business card).
3. Privileges are valid for the main cardholder only.
4. A minimum of THB 50,000 accumulated spending by Visa Signature card is required (payment on the same card number) at the date of privilege booking. The eligible spending transactions can be combined 60 days prior to the date of booking.
5. Privilege booking is applicable via www.vthgservice.com.
6. Reservations are required at least 7 days in advance (except on Public Holidays).
7. Cardholders will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days from the date the reservation was made and must complete the payment. Upon completion, cardholders will receive a “Booking Code” to present to staff before service.
   **In case of non-compliance, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and cardholders must make a new reservation in respective order. 
8. The privilege is subject to conditional eligibility verification from the card issuing bank and availability.
9. If additional documents were requested for conditional eligibility verification, cardholders must submit the documents within 3 days from the date of notification. In case of non-compliance, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and cardholders must make a new reservation in respective order.
10. The privileges are limited to 1 redemption/card digits throughout the promotion period (including the redemption of privileges from all participating stores).
11. The afternoon tea set at a specially priced rate of 500 baht is limited to 800 redemptions/month.
12. Cancellation or change of reservation must be made via Tel. 02-906-3026, 1 day prior to the date of service. The privilege will be marked as redeemed in case of no-shows on the reservation date/time.
13. Please inform your name/Booking Code and present a KTC VISA SIGNATURE card and ID card to staff to receive special privileges as reserved.
14. This special privilege is reserved for use of service by the cardholders themselves. Services are only provided within the designated locations.
15. Cardholders can bring accompanying guests to use the service. Cardholders or the cardholders’ guests must pay the normal service rate as charged by participating hotels or merchants including additional expenses other than those stated.

18. Visa International (Thailand) reserves the right to cancel, modify or add details and conditions without prior notice.
19. Visa International (Thailand) has no involvement or liability in the services of participating merchants. Should there be any inquiries or complaints related to the merchants’ services, cardholders must directly contact the merchants.
20. By making a reservation and redeeming the privilege, cardholders acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions as specified. Visa International (Thailand) will not accept any retrospective complaints.

Participating Golf Course

Terms & Conditions

1. Privilege is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
2. Privileges are applicable to Visa Signature Cards issued in Thailand only. (except Corporate, Commercial and SME Business card).
3. Privileges are valid for the main cardholder only.
4. The privilege is limited to 1 redemption/card digits/month (including the redemption of privileges from all participating golf courses).
5. Privilege is limited to the first 30 persons per month, on a first come first served basis
6. Visa Signature cardholders must accompany any guest(s). There is limit of a minimum 4 balls per flight.
7. The use of privilege is limited to a maximum of 2 Signature cardholders per flight only.
8. Privileges are inclusive of green fees only. Cost of caddy, golf cart are to be borne by the Visa Signature cardholder.
9. His / Her guests have to pay for their green fee, golf cart, and caddie at affiliate rates at the club even if his / her guests are Visa Infinite cardholders.
10. Reservations are required at least 4 working days in advance of the intended date of play through Tel. 02 919 8423 on Monday – Friday from 9.00 – 17.00 hrs. and subject to availability.
11. Cardholders are not allowed to book the next golf game until the current game has been played.
12. Booking cannot be transferred to other person.
13. Privileges are subsidized by Visa and not a direct offer from the golf clubs
14. Visa Infinite cardholders will not be granted access rights to the clubs without prior bookings through the relevant booking channel notified in the communication to the Visa Infinite cardholders.
15. Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquires and/or attempts for bookings from Visa Infinite cardholders when they contact the golf clubs directly.
16. Any changes and cancellation must be made 2 working days prior to intended tee-off date/time and subject to availability, otherwise the cancellation and amendment fees will be applied.
17. There will be rain checks at Alpine Golf Club, but there is no rain check policy at other golf courses.
18. Privilege is not applicable to night golf game.
19. Privilege is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.
20. Privileges are not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, membership discounts or offers, and cannot be used with other promotion, participation in social games or golf tournament.
21. Visa and Golf course reserves the right to change the stipulated club with another club of thesame repute.
22. The information contained in this guide is subject to changes, please carefully check before use.
23. Visa reserves the right to amend, delete or add to any terms and conditions, and/or to cancel, terminate the privileges without prior notice.
24. Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of services under the Visa Premium Card Privileges Program, and eligible cardholders shall look solely to the relevant participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for any services. No representation or warranty of any nature is made by Visa as to the quality of any services provided by any merchant.
25. By utilizing or attempting to utilize the Visa Premium Card Privileges Program, all eligible cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein.

Privilege Terms & Conditions: Installment Payments with a KTC Credit Card at Participating Merchants

1. Except for the product/service which participate in 0% installment payment program, all types of KTC VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB / UNIONPAY cardmembers can apply for KTC Installment Payment at 0.74% per month. Cardmembers may choose term of payments over 3 – 10 months.
2. KTC reserves the right to limit eligibility for all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD credit card,  and KTC Government Service credit card.
3. Fixed interest rate at 0.74% per month equivalent to effective interest rate of 15.07% per year for 6 months, 15.71% per year for 9 months, and 15.83% per year for 10 months installment plan.
4. Each spending of 25 THB via Installment Payment with KTC, you will receive 1 KTC point.
5. For converting any purchase of product and service by KTC PHONE, the spending must be at a minimum of 3,000 Baht, which is the spending amount per sales slip at a minimum of 500 Baht.

1. Benefits of this PA insurance coverage is for new applicants of primary KTC credit cards (“members”) with Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC, whose cards have been approved and activated during 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024 (“Program Period”) according to specified conditions only. This privilege will be automatically granted to card members from the card activation date.
2. Reserved the rights only for applicants who have never been a KTC credit card member of any type with KTC before or cancel card membership not less than 2 years (24 months) ago.

KTC FOREVER and KTC ROP Points Terms & Conditions

KTC FOREVER and KTC ROP are points programs provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer points privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card as specified with the exception of transactions made with all KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS card types which will earn KTC ROP points only. The details for points computation, usage and redemption for general products/services are as follows:
