Special privileges when paying Thai Life Insurance premiums with KTC credit cards

1^st Privilege: Receive up to 1% Cash Back
When paying Thai Life Insurance premiums, both first-year insurance premiums and renewal premiums, with KTC credit cards, receive up to 1% cash back of the insurance premium payment
• 20,000 - 500,000 THB insurance premium payment /sales slip, receive 0.6% cash back of the premium amount
• 500,001 THB up insurance premium payment/sales slip, receive 1% cash back of the premium amount

Note: Cardmembers who register for this privilege will not receive KTC FOREVER points or KTC ROP points from the premium payment that is used to calculate for cash back.

One-time registration is required throughout the promotion period.

2^nd Privilege 2: Redeem Every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for 12% Cash Back
When paying Thai Life Insurance premiums, both first-year insurance premiums and renewal premiums, with KTC credit cards every 1,000 THB /sales slip, able to redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for 12% cash back into your credit card account.

Note: KTC FOREVER points can be redeemed according to the amount you wish to redeem for cash back, but not exceed the amount of premium payment via KTC credit cards/sales slip

Registration is required for every transaction you would like to participate this program. (1 SMS/ insurance policy/sales slip)

This promotion is executed by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give privileges to KTC cardmembers that have KTC FOREVER points only and spending via KTC credit cards during January 15, 2019 - June 30, 2019 (“campaign period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude the following credit card types: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC CASHBACK.
To give privileges according to this promotion, KTC reserves the right not to calculate the spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS on cash withdrawal, automatic premium payment, installment payment, interest, credit line usage fee, all fees, refund from products/services cancellation or refund of any kinds.
The calculation to give cash back from spending with KTC credit cards of this promotion will be completed by KTC on monthly basis in each calendar month considering the spending registered by cardmembers for the privilege according to conditions defined only.
KTC will transfer the cash back amount into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days from last date of the month which cardmembers pay for insurance premium with KTC credit cards according to this promotion.
The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other parties.
Terms and conditions of the insurance coverage are in accordance with the insurance certificate of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited.
KTC reserves the right to give, cancel, or revoke the privileges according to this promotion, as some or all. We can claim damage fee (if any), if we find any acquisition as fraud or misbehave to get into participation in this promotion or using credit cards against conditions stated or with misleading objectives or the cardmembers cancel the spending and/or the policy after KTC has given the privileges to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to give privileges to cardmembers with normal account status and no record of overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the date KTC gives privileges only.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this campaign without prior notice. In case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

Cardmembers shall study and understand the insurance sales documents before deciding to purchase insurance plans. After receiving the insurance policy, please study the terms and conditions in the policy.

Conditions for receiving cash back up to 1%

Cardmembers who wish to receive cash back according to this promotion must register within the same day as the transaction date via SMS by typing “TLC” then space and follow by 16 digits credit card numbers, send to 061 384 5000 (3 THB /SMS) and will receive an auto reply message of successful registration to confirm the participation in this program. One-time registration is required throughout the promotion period.
KTC reserves the right not to give normal KTC FOREVER points of spending with KTC CREDIT CARDS used for calculation to get up to 1% Cash Back according to this promotion. Cardmembers will automatically get normal KTC FOREVER points from the mentioned spending in their credit card accounts and all the points will be deducted from the credit card accounts within the same day which they receive the Cash Back in the credit card accounts according to this promotion. If KTC cannot deduct all the points from the credit card account, KTC reserves the right not to give all the Cash Back to the cardmembers.

Conditions for Redeem 12% cash back

Cardmembers who wish to redeem points for cash back according to this promotion must register for the privilege within the same day as the transaction date via SMS, by typing “TLR” then space, followed by 16 digits credit card number and symbol “#” with the amount of KTC FOREVER points wished to redeem for cash back, send SMS to 061 384 5000 (3 THB /SMS) and get reply of successful registration to confirm the participation in this program. Registration is required for every transaction you would like to participate this program. (1 SMS/insurance policy/sales slip)
In case cardmembers register for the privileges more than 1 time/policy, KTC will select the registration with maximum KTC FOREVER points stated for cash back only and will calculate the amount for Cash Back to transfer into the KTC credit cards registered by the cardmembers. If cardmembers cancel the registered cards for any reasons, KTC will consider the cardmembers decline the right to join this promotion.
Cardmembers who pay for life insurance premium of Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited, with KTC credit cards every THB 1,000/sales slip during campaign period can redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for12% cash back according to the conditions defined.
Cardmembers can redeem KTC FOREVER points as determined for cash back in this promotion, from making the payment of products or services per 1 sales slip/insurance policy only.
KTC reserves the right of cash back redemption according to this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient KTC FOREVER points in their credit card accounts on the date of points calculation by KTC only.
