Privilege Terms & Conditions

1. Privilege is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
2. Privileges are applicable to Visa Infinite Cards issued in Thailand only. (except Corporate, Commercial and SME Business card)
3. Privileges are valid for the main cardholder only.
4. A minimum of THB 80,000 accumulated spending by Visa Infinite card is required (payment on the same card number) at the date of privilege booking. The eligible spending transactions can be combined 60 days prior to the date of booking.
5. Privileges can be utilized only once a year per card number, either “Complimentary” or “Special Price” privilege from all participating merchants in the Afternoon Tea Privilege category
6. Privilege booking is applicable via www.vthgservice.com.
7. Reservations are required at least 7 days in advance (except on Public Holidays).
8. In case of any supporting documents are requested from cardholder for the verification, the cardholder has to submit those documents within 3 days, otherwise Visa reserves the right to cancel the booking and cardholder will have to make a new booking on a first come first served basis
9. Cardholder will get an email confirmation for privilege booking within 3 working days after booking is made and subject to verification and available seating.
10. For “Special Price” privilege, cardholder will get an email confirmation for the privilege booking and details for payment within 3 working days after the booking is made. Cardholder must make a payment within 3 days, otherwise Visa reserves the right to cancel the booking and cardholder will have to make a new booking on a first come first served basis.
11. Complimentary Privilege is limited to the first 200 persons per month, on a first come first served basis.
12. Special Price Privilege is no limit.
13. The cancellation or booking changes must be done at least 1 day before the intended day at Tel 02 906 3026. In case of no show, one-time redemption is applied.
14. Please present your Visa Infinite card and ID card on arrival to get the privileges at the merchant outlet.
15. The privileges will be available for the cardholder at the designated location only
16. Cardholder may bring along their guests for each visit. Any consumption of food or beverages beyond the complimentary set as well as the use of facilities and services are chargeable at published rates.
17. A smart casual dress code is required. No singlet, shorts, fitness attire, room slippers, sandals or flip-flops

Terms & Conditions

1. Privilege is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2023.
2. Privileges are applicable to Visa Infinite Cards issued in Thailand only. (except Corporate, Commercial and SME Business card).
3. Privileges are valid for the main cardholder only and can be utilized once a month per cardholder from all participating golf courses in the Golf Privilege category.
4. Privilege is limited to the first 30 persons per month, on a first come first served basis
5. Visa Infinite cardholders must accompany any guest(s). There is limit of a maximum 4 balls per flight and a minimum of 3 balls per flight.
6. The use of privilege is limited to a maximum of two Infinite cardholders per flight only.
7. Privileges are inclusive of green fees only. Cost of caddy, golf cart are to be borne by the Visa Infinite cardholder.
8. His / Her guests have to pay for their green fee, golf cart, and caddie at affiliate rates at the club even if his / her guests are Visa Infinite cardholders.
9. Reservations are required at least 4 working days in advance of the intended date of play through Tel. 02 919 8423 on Monday – Friday from 9.00 – 17.00 hrs. and subject to availability.
10. Cardholders are not allowed to book the next golf game until the current game has been played.
11. Booking cannot be transferred to other person.
12. Privileges are subsidized by Visa and not a direct offer from the golf clubs
13. Visa Infinite cardholders will not be granted access rights to the clubs without prior bookings through the relevant booking channel notified in the communication to the Visa Infinite cardholders.
14. Golf clubs will not entertain any correspondence/enquires and/or attempts for bookings from Visa Infinite cardholders when they contact the golf clubs directly.
15. Any changes and cancellation must be made 2 working days prior to intended tee-off date/time and subject to availability, otherwise the cancellation and amendment fees will be applied.
16. There will be rain checks at Alpine Golf Club, but there is no rain check policy at other golf courses.
17. Privilege is not applicable to night golf game.
18. Privilege is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.
19. Privileges are not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, membership discounts or offers, and cannot be used with other promotion, participation in social games or golf tournament.
20. Visa and Golf course reserves the right to change the stipulated club with another club of the same repute.

23. Protection are available in the following cases:

1. Non-delivery/and or incomplete delivery of products and shipping charges, that are purchased on the internet. Products are insured against non-delivery, if the products have not been delivered within 30 days of the scheduled delivery, unless otherwise stated by Seller, and the Seller has failed to refund the Insured to the Insured’s credit or debit card within 60 days of non-delivery.

Privilege Terms & Conditions: Installment Payments with a KTC Credit Card at Participating Merchants

1. Except for the product/service which participate in 0% installment payment program, all types of KTC VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB / UNIONPAY cardmembers can apply for KTC Installment Payment at 0.74% per month. Cardmembers may choose term of payments over 3 – 10 months.
2. KTC reserves the right to limit eligibility for all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD credit card,  and KTC Government Service credit card.
3. Fixed interest rate at 0.74% per month equivalent to effective interest rate of 15.07% per year for 6 months, 15.71% per year for 9 months, and 15.83% per year for 10 months installment plan.
4. Each spending of 25 THB via Installment Payment with KTC, you will receive 1 KTC point.
5. For converting any purchase of product and service by KTC PHONE, the spending must be at a minimum of 3,000 Baht, which is the spending amount per sales slip at a minimum of 500 Baht.

KTC FOREVER and KTC ROP Points Terms & Conditions

KTC FOREVER and KTC ROP are points programs provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer points privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card as specified with the exception of transactions made with all KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS card types which will earn KTC ROP points only.
