KTC Fuels Student Potential and Sparks Career Opportunities

KTC recognizes the potential of the new generation and introduced the “Get Your Juniors Job-Ready” project to help students unlock their abilities. This initiative provides virtual learning experiences covering essential skills like resume writing, job techniques, and tips for fostering workplace relationships, helping young people gain confidence before entering the workforce.

Ms. Piyasuda Kwaennonsee, Head of Human Resources at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC),  shared, “In 2024, KTC had the opportunity to engage with  over 400 students from universities such as Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok University, Suan Dusit University, Rangsit University, and Mae Fah Luang University.  In 2025, KTC plans to continue this knowledge-sharing initiative with additional institutions, expanding the content to include financial and technological knowledge that students can apply to both their studies and daily lives in today’s digital age.”

KTC is also welcoming students to gain hands on experiences through the KTC COOP (KTC Co-operative Program), in partnership with universities nationwide. The program aims to create educational opportunities and prepare new generations for the workforce by allowing students to showcase their skills and gain hands-on experience for a semester. The KTC COOP program offers internships in three cycles: the 1st semester, 2nd semester, and summer semester, now entering its 7th generation.
