KTC values the importance of good corporate citizenship; hence KTC has integrated business, social and environmental benefit as part of KPI . We contributions to the community, society, and nation in various activities as illustrated in table below:

Education for self-empowerment and sustainable growth | KTC strives to develop financial knowledge and living standard of Thais. We recognize importance of sharing knowledge e.g. finance, vocation, income generation to society and Thai youths. KTC believes that Thai youths should have quality education without limits and physical disabilities should not be obstacles. In 2021, KTC continued the "Education for self-Empowerment and Sustainable Growth" campaign to develop capacity of hearing-impaired youths to be self-reliant. We offer vocational training courses in line with Ministry of Education's strategy to achieve long-term sustainability in society. Due to COVID-19, KTC switched to online learning using curriculum based on the concept of tri-parties knowledge sharing and creating a train-the-trainer network supported by sign language teachers and students of Thungmahamek School for the Deaf who gained knowledge in the Year 2 program to fellow students at Nonthaburi School for hearing impaired students participated in this Year 3 program. |
Financial Literacy Programs | KTC strives to develop the financial knowledge and standard of living for Thais. KTC shares knowledge that is beneficial to communities, members, and the society to promote financial knowledge, opportunities for career development, and income generation. Online financial knowledge: KTC consistently disseminated information about cash and expense management and business building approaches that could be accessed by the general public to help each person undertake life planning and increase opportunities to manage financial liquidity properly. Moreover, the Company also shared information on how to use financial products safely via its Facebook page and its website throughout the year. KTC P BERM pursued knowledge-sharing activities to disseminate knowledge on financial literacy online via the Facebook page of KTC P BERM. Moreover, other knowledge-sharing online include KTC Real Privilege, KTC Journey, and the Company website. |
Contribution to society and community during COVID-19 | KTC strives to develop the financial knowledge and the standard of living of Thai. To show support from KTC to communities and society, In 2021 KTC has various corporate philanthropy activities contributed to society and communities during COVID-19. Examples are the Donation of COVID-19 PPE kits and health insurance to participate in a vaccination driven campaign, an activity called “Rao Gin Mod…Pi Gin Im” to donate foods to medical personnel, a financial contribution for the purchase of medical equipment in an activity called “ Convert Hearts to Merit.”, “Love & Share” activity for the ninth consecutive year, donation of blood to alleviate shortages of blood reserve, donation of reward points converted to “Thannamjai” gift sets for support of COVID-19 quarantined persons through Thai Red Cross, etc |
