Global Warming

KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, by Mr. Parinya Patanaphakdee, (Center, Right) Chairman of the Board of Director, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer, (Center, Left) along with the Board of Directors, hosted The Annual General Shareholders Meeting 2019 (No.17) to report its annual business performance. The meeting resolved the approval of dividend payment from the 2018 net profit at the rate of Baht 0.82 per one ordinary share, totaling in a dividend payment value of Baht 2,114,233,937 which was scheduled to pay out on April 30, 2019. Additionally, as part of this meeting, KTC and shareholders reduced the use of paper and plastic reducing 52,815.84 Kilo carbon of greenhouse gas or carbon footprint, the main culprit of global warming, equivalent to planting 5,868 trees. KTC joined the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s “Care the Bear” project as a movement to drive change and reduce global warming.
