1. Reserves the right to receive the privilege 12% credit cashback point redemption campaign (“this promotion”) for the purchase of insurance new policy with 724 Market Company Limited (“724 Insure”) via online channel https://insure.724.co.th/ and pay insurance premiums in full via KTC credit cards during 1 March 2022 – 31 December 2022 (“promotion period”) only.
2. The privileges under this promotion are offered to KTC credit cardmembers except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC CASH BACK all types and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back, KTC points and installment payment for the spending amount with card that is used for all Unit Linked payment. KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers
4. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back 12% under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type SK, space following by 16-digit credit card number, following by the amount of insurance premium spent per policy and send to 061-384-5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/724 within transaction date. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion. For example, members have payment of insurance premiums via the card of 955 baht per sales slip. And want to redeem for cash back Members must send SMS messages, type SK 1234567891234561#955 In order to register to receive cash back credit
5. In the event that a member has canceled the card Participating For whatever reason KTC will assume that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
6. Members can redeem points for cash back according to the conditions specified for the payment of insurance premiums per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate or combine receipts or sales slips.
7. KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the products in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period.
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
11. The privileges under this program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
12. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
13. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
14. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
15. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
16. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service.
17. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by 724 Insure. The insured member should study and understand the offer document before making an insurance decision. After receiving the policy, please study the terms and conditions in the policy.
