Health Insurance & Cancer Insurance

1. KTC reserves the right to offer cash back privileges to members who pay installment payments for insurance premiums via KTC card ("Installment Transactions") with Generali Insurance (Thailand) through online channel or via tel. 02 022 8222 within promotion period and according to the specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type GEN, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th./generali In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. When the cardmembers spending via the card in installments with Generali Insurance (Thailand) through the specified channels will receive cash back into the member's card account, calculated from the spending via the card in installments as follows:
   - Installment payment for premiums from 5,000 – 9,999 Baht per sales slip, get credit cash back 100 Baht.
   - Installment payment for premiums from10,000 – 19,999 Baht per sales slip, get credit cash back 200 Baht.
   - Installment payment for premiums from 20,000 – 29,999 Baht per sales slip, get credit cash back 300 Baht.
   - Installment payment for premiums from 30,000 Baht and above per sales slip, get credit cash back 500 Baht.
5. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under 0% Installment payment with KTC Card Plan occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only, and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/ KTC Mobile/ KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
7. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
8. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
9. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
10. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
