Online insurance "Roke Rai Bao Jai" critical illness

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Cardmembers”) when purchasing “Roke Rai Bao Jai” online insurance from Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance via the specified online channels with a KTC credit card (“Card”) during 15 December 2024 – 31 March 2025 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC cards for government agencies, and KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this promotion.
3. The right is reserved for card members who purchase “Roke Rai Bao Jai” online insurance from Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited only for annual insurance purchases.
4. For special bonus credit privileges Calculated from the premium after deducting the discount. Every 1,000 baht, receive a bonus credit of 50 credits, which will be received within 30 days after the Free Look period via the Emma by AXA application.
5. Conditions for using bonus credit to redeem gifts
   • Use to redeem gifts via the Emma by AXA application.
   • Bonus credit is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt. If it is not redeemed within the specified period, it is considered a waiver of rights.
   • Conditions for using bonus credit to redeem gifts are as specified by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL.
6. The special privilege of the KTC Starbucks electronic gift card will be given via the KTC Mobile Application within 120 days from the last day of the month that the member pays the insurance premium via the card according to the conditions of this program. The right is reserved for members whose name matches the card used to pay the insurance premium only. 
7. The conditions for using the Starbucks e-coupon electronic gift card are as specified.
• The e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt via the KTC Mobile Application.
• It can be used to purchase any type of product at any Starbucks branch in Thailand only.
• It cannot be used to top up Starbucks cards and customers will not receive Starbucks® Rewards privileges / cannot be exchanged for cash / Starbucks Coffee (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
• The rights from the copied image coupon cannot be used in any case.
• This e-Coupon must be used up at once. The remaining value in the e-Coupon cannot be stored for future use.
• After confirming the use of the coupon, if it is not used according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a waiver of rights and the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case.
8. KTC is not involved in the consideration and provision of coverage according to the life insurance conditions in this list. For more information about life insurance products, please contact the Krungthai-AXA Customer Service Center at 1159, 24 hours a day.

General terms and conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
