Terms & Conditions for receiving credit cash back

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend via the card with Google Pay^TM at all branches of Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart during 15 Nov 22 – 31 Mar 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. When the cardmember has spending via KTC MASTERCARD with Google Pay^TM of 1,000 baht or more per sales slip at participating stores will receive a cash back of 100 baht per sales slip into the card account of members according to the conditions of this list.
3. Credit cash back offered under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only, cannot separate sales slips.
4. Limit cash back up to 400 baht/member, 1 person/month.
5. KTC will credit cash back into the card account. of members within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
