Ms. Chanidapa Suriya, Head of Customer Service and Business Support Business Unit, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, unveiled the new look of the "KTC TOUCH" service center on Ground floor of UBC II building. The transformation includes a business partner reception area and a service point dedicated to KTC credit card and loan members. The renovation, which was created with the concept of "Atmosphere," gave priority to comfort, modernism, and an opulent sense by using lines, levels, and numerous ornamental elements. This approach creates distinct layers of ambiance to separate the functional spaces, which include KTC TOUCH service points, meeting rooms, and reception areas. The conceptual design drew inspiration from the KTC logo which features overlapping layers. Additionally, the space includes multipurpose furniture to accommodate a variety of activities and is designed to prepare for the arrival of KTC business partners.

The new look of “KTC TOUCH” also addresses the sustainability aspect through the use of eco-materials. "KTC TOUCH" is now open as a one-stop service center offering a diverse range of services covering credit card and loan application services, bill payment services, and consultation from agents from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
