MAAI BY KTC Strengthens Reward Program through Partnership with The Mall Group, Expanding Boundless Redemption Network

MAAI BY KTC, the leader in digital loyalty platforms, is enhancing MAAI Points through partnership network expansion offering a wider redemption coverage.  Recently, KTC partnered with M Card by The Mall Group, a leader in the retail business in Thailand, to interface the points system between MAAI Points and M Points, increasing efficiency and providing more options for both members.  MAAI BY KTC has a partner network of over 40 leading brands, including over 1.8 million participating “Tung Ngern” outlets.  M Card by The Mall Group has a membership base of over 5 million people and over 10 billion points in utilization annually.  Together, KTC and M Card will create a convenient and well-rounded redemption experience addressing to all lifestyles through the MAAI BY KTC application and the M Card application.

Miss Usanee Laohavaranun Head of Marketing Communications & MAAI Business, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, stated that one of MAAI BY KTC’s key business strategies is building a robust partner network that provides special privileges and fosters member engagement by enabling points exchange between partners.  Currently, MAAI BY KTC has a network of over 8,000 partners offering point redemption locations across a variety of categories to meet the diverse lifestyle needs of members. These categories include food and beverage, fashion brands, gas stations, travel, hotels, and IT products.  Additionally, MAAI BY KTC supports members with a small number of accumulated points by allowing them to redeem products or services at retail stores through scanning to pay at more than 1.8 million participating stores nationwide.

To provide members with unlimited and diverse opportunities to use their points, MAAI BY KTC recently partnered with "M Card by The Mall Group."  This collaboration connects the reward points systems of M Points and MAAI Points, allowing members to transfer and exchange points between the two programs and expand their benefits.  The exchange criteria are as follows: exchange every 800 M Points for 1,000 MAAI Points through the M Card application and exchange every 1,000 MAAI Points for 800 M Points through the MAAI BY KTC application.

The Mall Group Company Limited, stated that M Card by The Mall Group is committed to expanding its ecosystem to provide benefits and create a positive M Experience for members both within stores and throughout the shopping center.  This includes extending services to stores and partners outside the mall, credit card partners, and various financial institutions.  By partnering with MAAI BY KTC, we aim to enhance the 360-degree shopping experience, enabling points to be transferred and exchanged between M Points and MAAI Points for greater convenience and value in every aspect.  This collaboration reflects our commitment to maximizing M Card benefits to fully cater to the diverse lifestyles of our members in the digital age.

MAAI BY KTC and M Point members can exchange points with each other from May 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, by using the same ID card number for membership.  The points exchange rates are as follows:

      Redeem a minimum of 1,000 MAAI Points per transaction / no maximum limit on points or the number of transactions throughout the program.

      Redeem a minimum of 800 M Points per transaction / maximum transfer limit of 50,000 points per month.
