Terms and Conditions - Discount 15%

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) has been arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers (“Member”) who spend with KTC credit card (“Card”) at any participating branches of CU Books Center during 1 January 2021 - 30 April 2021 only.
2. KTC cardmembers will receive the discount up to 15% when having the minimum spending /sales slip as determined at any participating branches of CU Books Center, as follows:-
   • Discount 10% : when purchasing book(s) at the minimum amount of THB 1,000 (except Code N products)
   • Discount 15% : when purchasing book(s) distributed by CU Books Center at the minimum amount of THB 3,000 (Code C112 product(s) , the same cover)
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same KTC credit card only.
4. The discount which the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), KTC PHONE installment transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of discount granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.

Redeem Point Cash Back 18% terms and conditions

1. This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers, except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all type, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. The cardmembers who wish to receive cash back under this promotion are required to send a registration SMS to 061 384 5000 by typing B21 (space) 16-digit credit card number (3 Baht/SMS), or to register at www.ktc.co.th/b21. In these regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s auto-reply message confirming the registration in order to successfully participate in this promotion.
3. In the case that any KTC cardmember holds more than 1 KTC credit cards (“Card”) which participate in the promotion campaign under the same cardholder’s name, KTC will consider the transaction from all credit card and will calculate cash back based on those transaction(s) and deduct Forever Rewards points of the first successful registered KTC credit card. In the case that any KTC cardmembers cancel any participating KTC credit cards regardless any reason, KTC will consider that such KTC cardmembers disclaim their participation under the promotion campaign.  
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each credit card number only.
5. KTC reserves the right to grant cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who have a spending amount made with KTC credit card at every THB 500 at participated Book Store / branches during 1January 2021 – 30 April 2021 (“Promotional Period”) may redeem points every 500 points to receive cash back under the determined terms and conditions only.
6. Cash back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500 into a full number only, at the rate of, for every THB 500 of spending amount, receive 18% cash back which will be credited to each credit card account.
7. KTC cardmembers must have remaining Forever Rewards points in the participating credit card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for cash back in order to receive cash back under the promotion campaign
8. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer Forever Rewards points from any other KTC credit cards to the registered KTC credit card to get cash back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (1January 2021, …, 30 April 2021).
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), KTC PHONE installment transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of discount granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.
10. Cash back calculation from the spending amount with KTC credit card, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion under KTC’s determined terms and conditions.
11. KTC will grant cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after 1January 2021, …, 30 April 2021 (“Promotional Period”).

0.69% installment Payment with KTC Card plan terms and conditions

1. This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers who spend with KTC credit card under KTC installment plan at participated branches of CU Books Center during 1January 2021 – 30 April 2021 (“Promotional Period”) under the determined terms and conditions only, except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD,KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. KTC reserves 0.69% KTC installment plan for 3 months whereas total amount must be at the minimum of THB 3,000 with minimum of THB 500 per sales slip under the determined terms and conditions only.
3. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to KTC PHONE installment payment 0.69% for 3 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE 02 123 5000 on transaction date only

General Terms and Conditions’ Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
