Terms & Conditions to Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for a Movie Ticket

1. This promotional campaign (“promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant the points redemption for premium goods privilege in this promotion between 1 Jan 21 to 31 Dec 21 (“promotion period”) only. Cardmembers may redeem 5,555 KTC FOREVER points for a First Class seat movie ticket or 1,000 points as substitute for 100 Baht cash at service points of SFW and SFX theaters in First Class category, participating branches according to the specified conditions only
4. KTC reserves the right to offer the premium goods redemption privilege in this promotion only to cardmembers with sufficient accumulated KTC FOREVER points in their credit card accounts to redeem for a premium good according to specified conditions only.
5. This promotion is not eligible at Emprivé Cineclub (Emporium Department Store).
6. KTC FOREVER points in the amount specified will be automatically deducted from the points balance of the credit card used for redemption.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
