This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the privilege to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and pay for food and drinks with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at restaurants that participate in this promotion during 15 October 2019 – 31 January 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, all types of KTC CASH BACK and all types of KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS.
Cardmembers are required to inform staff prior to claiming the privilege every time.
The privilege under this promotion is for eating at the restaurant and paying with KTC credit card only.
The privilege is valid when cardmember pay 1 buffet for 1^st person at normal price with KTC credit card and redeem at least 1,999 KTC FOREVER points to get 1 free buffet for 2^nd person.
The privilege is for buffet at normal price only excluding promotion menus, special menus and alcoholic drinks.
KTC reserves the right to KTC Points redemption for 1 buffet for the cardmembers who have enough points according to specified conditions only. If the cardmembers do not have enough KTC Points as specified, they cannot join this promotion.
KTC FOREVER points will be automatically deducted from the points in KTC credit card account redeemed according to specified number of points.
If there is any different amount occurring after KTC Points redemption for 1 free buffet for 1 person under this promotion, the cardmembers must pay for the difference of food and drinks with the same card only.
The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion of the restaurant and cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke, or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
