KTC FOREVER Points for Products Redemption Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at [participating branches of ZakuZaku during 1 Apr 2020 – 30 Jun 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC points under this promotion only for cardmembers. The cardmembers may redeem KTC points to receive products at customer service counter of the stores within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card under in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the products in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. KTC reserves the right to limit the gift of this promotion to a maximum of 1 menu per 1 sales slip per 1 card number per day only.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC points    
7. remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only. 

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
