Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the privilege to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and pay for food and drinks with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at restaurants that participate in this promotion during  22 June 2020 – 31 August 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, all types of KTC CASH BACK, all types of KTC-ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers are required to inform staff prior to claiming the privilege every time.
4. The privilege under this promotion is for participating channels and paying with KTC credit card only.
5. The privilege is valid when cardmember redeem 799 KTC FOREVER points via KTC Mobile Application to get Classic Pizza M Pan valued THB 299 when buy Extreme Pizza valued THB 399 and above.
6. KTC reserves the right to KTC Points redemption for this privilege for the cardmembers who have enough points according to specified conditions only. If the cardmembers do not have enough KTC Points as specified, they cannot join this promotion.
7. KTC FOREVER points will be automatically deducted from the points in KTC credit card account redeemed according to specified number of points.
8. If there is any different amount occurring after KTC Points redemption under this promotion, the cardmembers must pay for the difference of food and drinks with the same card only.
9. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion of the restaurant and cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
11. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
12. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke, or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
13. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacture, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
