Terms and conditions of promotion code MC60 for Mastercard

1. Receive THB 60 discount (delivery fee excluded) with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service.
2. Consumers must fill MC60 in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a Mastercard (except MasterCard World/ World Elite) Card before placing the food order.
   Non-participating cards are as follows:

3. The promotion code is valid from 19 December 2022 to 31 March 2023 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 4 redemptions per consumer per month.
5. Limited to 2,500 redemptions per week and 37,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
10. Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab ’s decision shall be deemed final.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
