Terms and conditions of promotion code DELIMC for all Mastercard cards

1. Receive up to THB 50 discount on delivery fee with minimum spend of THB 300 on GrabFood service (excl. delivery fee).
2. Consumers must fill DELIMC in the promo code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a Mastercard card before placing the food order.
3. The promo code is valid from 1 September to 15 November 2021 or until redemptions last.
4. Limited to 5 redemptions per user throughout the campaign period.
5. Limited daily redemptions.
6. Limited to 48,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
7. Ineligible for merchant with Non-Partner tag.
8. Promotion applies to GrabFood order within the service area in Thailand only.
9. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions.
10. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user  receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
11. Grab and bank reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab and bank’s decision shall be deemed final.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services
5. purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
