1. Special Price Set Lunch for 2 at THB 1,200 nett is limited to the First 100 redemptions per calendar month / 20 redemptions per hotel each month, on a first come first served basis.
2. Price includes service charge and government tax.
3. Offer is valid from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2024.
4. Set Lunch is valid from Monday to Sunday 11:30 to 14:30 hrs only.
5. Offer is valid for Mastercard World Cardholders issued in Thailand only.
6. Offer is valid for the main cardholder only.
7. Offer is applicable only when you call in to 1800019579 [Operating hours: 9am-6pm UTC + 7 (Thai business hours) from Monday to Friday (including Thai national holidays)]
8. 7 working days advance reservations are required. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
9. Cardholder will receive an email confirmation for complimentary privilege booking within 3 working days after booking is made, subject to verification and availability.
10. In the event any supporting documents are requested from the cardholder for verification purposes, the cardholder must submit the required documents within 3 days, otherwise Mastercard reserves the right to cancel the booking and cardholder will have to make a new booking on a first come first served basis.
11. Special Price Set Lunch for 2 at THB 1,200 nett privilege can be utilized only once a year per cardholder.
12. Cancellation or booking changes must be done at least 1 working day before the reservation day at 1800019579. In the event of a no-show, one time redemption is applied.
13. Please present your Mastercard World card on arrival to get the offer at the restaurant.
14. Offer is available at the participating outlets and locations only.
15. Cardholder may bring along guests for each visit. Any consumption of food or beverages beyond the offer as well as the use of facilities and services are chargeable at the prevailing rates.
16. Smart casual dress code is required. No singlet, shorts, fitness attire, room slippers, sandals or flip-flops.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
