KTC FOREVER Points for Products Redemption Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of AKA store during 1 February 2010 – 30 April 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers. The cardmembers may redeem 799 KTC Points and more to receive discount 50% for 1 buffet (except alcoholic beverages) in accordance with specified conditions only.
In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.

Discount Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer a discount to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of Zen Restaurant store (“participating stores”) during 1 February 2020 – 30 April 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a discount under this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING
The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get 5% discount (not including service charge of 10%) from regular price of products/services.
If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of a discount offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption Terms and Conditions

KTC receives the right to offer a discount by redeeming KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) to the cardmembers who have KTC Points and spend with the card at participating stores during promotion period according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to receive a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive discount 25% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
