Terms & Conditions for Cash Back e-Coupon

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Dec 23 – 29 Feb 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Reserved for KTC JCB credit cards only. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC - KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS JCB PLATINUM credit card.
3. Cardmembers, who spend on card at the minimum of 1,500 Baht per sales slip within the Promotion Period, will receive cash back e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via KTC Mobile App in value as set out in connection with card transaction sequence recorded in KTC system. In this respect, when the number of transactions reaches 100 transactions, the system will reset its round, with no limits of rounds per day.

4. KTC will retrieve and take account only card transactions with a minimum spent of 1,500 Baht per sales slip performing between 00.00.00 A.M.- 11.59.59 P.M. (Thailand Time) every day during the Promotion Period, based on KTC’s database.
5. KTC will send e-Coupon to Cardmembers via KTC Mobile App within the day of card transaction according to this terms and conditions. In this regard, Cardmembers is required to press accept such e-Coupon within 15 days after receipt of such e-Coupon, otherwise such e-Coupon shall be deemed to be forfeited without prior notice.
6. Cardmembers who press accept extra KTC points e-Coupon, KTC will credit extra KTC points within the 5 next days of pressing accept such e-Coupon based on Thailand time and KTC’s database.
7. Cardmembers who press accept credit cash back e-Coupon and after posting date, KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within the 5 next days based on Thailand time and KTC’s database.
8. KTC reserves the right to not offer any retrospective e-Coupon to Cardmembers, if the registration to KTC Mobile App has been performed after card transaction date as specified in these terms and conditions.
9. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,500 Baht per sales slip. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
10. KTC will calculate card spending amount only based on the regular card payments for goods / services and the total purchase amount for KTC car installment payments. Additionally, the following expenditures are excluded from this Promotion: other fees, cancellation of goods/services purchase or any other type of refunds.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
