Terms and Conditions to Get up to 10% Discount

1. Please notify staff before each usage of this special privilege.
2. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating merchants during the promotion period according to specified conditions only.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude the following cards to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
4. Cardmembers will receive up to 10% discount off regular-priced products/services before 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
5. In the case of any difference in balance after the discount in this promotion has been deducted, cardmembers are responsible for covering the aforementioned difference only with a KTC credit card.
6. Additional discount which KTC cardmembers earn from this promotion may be used as additional discount on top of the price of products from participating merchants after all discounts have been deducted.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude balances from interest, credit usage fees, fines, other fees, product/service purchase cancellation or all cash backs from refunds in the computation process to provide cardmembers special privileges in this promotion.

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating merchants during the promotion period according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude the following cards to join this promotion: KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING.
3. KTC reserves the right to limit the grant of premium goods in this promotion up to one menu per transaction per credit card number only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude balances from interest, credit usage fees, fines, other fees, product/service purchase cancellation or all cash backs from refunds in the computation process to provide cardmembers special privileges in this promotion.

Terms & Conditions to Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Credit Cash Back

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make transactions with a KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating merchants during the promotion period according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following cards to join this promotion: all KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Center, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and all KTC PROUD cash cards.
3. Cardmembers who wish to receive credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration before making purchases with KTC cards by sending a SMS, type DN1 followed by a space, 16 credit card digits, the “#” symbol, and the transaction amount with decimal points to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message). Cardmembers may also register online at www.ktc.co.th/dn1. Cardmembers are required to receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than once with the same card, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. In the case that cardmembers have more than one card that are eligible to participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate the spending amount only from the properly registered card for credit cash backs which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case where cardmembers have cancelled the registered card under any circumstances, KTC will disclaim the cardmember from earning privileges under this promotion.
6. Cardmembers may redeem points equivalent to the payment amount per transaction for 10% credit cash back according to specified conditions.
7. In the case that the payment amount per transaction contains a Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion.
8. KTC points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per one transaction only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. For the calculation of credit card payment amount to receive credit cash back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis following the calendar cycle.
10. KTC will credit credit cash back into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each month following the calendar cycle.

General Terms and Conditions 

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
