The Redeeming KTC FOREVER points via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during October 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem 999 points for a discount code valued at 200 Baht via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
4. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
5. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.

Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at [participating branches of XX store / participating stores] during October 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserve the right to participate in the KTC FOREVER point redemption program for KTC VISA credit card members, KTC MASTER CARD credit cards and KTC JCB credit card members only.
3. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
5. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month .
6. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
