1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC Credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC Credit Card (“a card/cards”) at participating branch of I-GENIUS KIDS during 10 February 2023 – 30 June 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get privileges as follows:
   Free 2 learning hours on top (cost 2,400 Baht) and 0% 4 months installment , when enroll for the any courses of over 40 hours at participating branch(s) of I-GENIUS KIDS.
   - Only 10 packages per month per branch.
   - Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion(s).
   - The privileges cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
   - Terms and conditions as specified by I-GENIUS KIDS.
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.

Cash Back when spending with KTC Card plan (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is Installment payment with KTC card (“Installment payment with KTC card”)  at participating branch of I-Genius KIDS (“participating stores”) during 10 February 2023 – 30 June 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS 1 time per 1 card number, type HO, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at ktc.promo/homepro The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under installment payment at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount.
6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under installment payment occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign

Redeem 15% Cash Back Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges Cash Back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branch of I-GENIUS KIDS during 10 February 2023 – 30 June 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit Cash Back under this promotion are required to make a registration by each purchased by sending a SMS, type E15 space following by 16-digit credit card number,  # and amount of redeemed points and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/ i-genius-kids-0-installment this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that any KTC cardmember holds more than 1 KTC credit cards (“Card”) which participate in the promotion campaign under the same cardholder’s name, KTC will consider the transaction from each credit card and will calculate Cash Back based on those transaction(s) and deduct KTC points of each successful registered KTC credit card.
5. In the case that any KTC cardmembers cancel any participating KTC credit cards regardless any reason, KTC will consider that such KTC cardmembers disclaim their participation under the promotion campaign. 
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at every 500 Baht may redeem every 500 KTC Points to receive credit Cash Back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit Cash Back under this promotion.
8. Cash Back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500 into a full number only, at the rate of, for every 500 Baht of spending amount, receive up to 15% Cash Back which will be credited to each credit card account.
9. KTC cardmembers must have remaining KTC points in the participating credit card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for Cash Back in order to receive Cash Back under the promotion campaign
10. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC credit cards to the registered KTC credit card to get Cash Back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (28 February 2023,…, 30 June 2023).
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
12. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit Cast Back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion under KTC’s determined terms and conditions.
13. KTC will credit a credit Cash Back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after (28 February 2023,…, 30 June 2023). (“Promotional Period”).

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating branch of  I-GENIUS KIDS during 10 February 2023 – 30 June 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The by PHONE 0.69% Installment payment with KTC Card plan up to 10 months is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 Baht according to specified conditions only. Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 Baht/purchase.
4. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to 0.69% Installment payment with KTC card plan up to 10 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on transaction date only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
