1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“card”) at participating stores during 1 May 2022 – 31 August 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The 0% installment payment with KTC card is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. Goods/services that do not participate in the 0% KTC card installment service according to this promotion and have a minimum price of 3,000 baht or more, can pay installments via KTC card installment services via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online which has interest rates and fees of 0.74% credit line for a maximum of 10 months. For KTC credit card and interest rate and credit usage fee rate 0.99% per month, in case of 3 - 18 months installment payment and 1.16% per month, in case of payment period of more than 18 months for KTC PROUD cash card.

Earn Extra KTC points (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 May 2022 – 31 August 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers who wish to earn extra KTC Points under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HOM space following by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time) or registering at ktc.promo/jaspalhome 1 time per 1 sales slip. In this regard, cardmembers must receive KTC’s registration confirmation message in order to participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.  
5. In the case that cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card accounts. In the case that cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. Cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 7,000 Baht per transaction at participating store. Cardmembers will earn extra KTC points in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC will credit extra KTC points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
8. The extra KTC points received under this promotion will expire on 31 October 2023.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 1 May 2022 – 31 August 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.  
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type HOM space following by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time) or registering at ktc.promo/jaspalhome 1 time per 1 sales slip. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.

6. KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points from 1,000 – 3,999 points to receive credit cash back 10% or redeem KTC Points from 4,000 points up to receive credit cash back 12% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion.
8. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the last day of each calendar month.
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
