The Redeeming KTC FOREVER points via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 October 2021 – 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem 999 points for a discount code valued at 200 Baht via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only. (Limit 33 discount codes for first 333 transactions per month (first 333 transactions on October, November and first 333 transactions on December) in total of 1,000 discount codes throughout the promotion period.
4. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
5. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.
6. The cardmember must shop online via NocNoc.com and have the minimum spending of 2,000 Baht per transaction which not including delivery fee.
7. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, some construction material and service fee.

Discount code term and condition

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at participating stores during 1 October 2021 – 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The promotion code will be applied when the purchase amount is reached according to the conditions and discounts will be shown when filling the promotion code on the check out page before making a payment.
3. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. Only purchase participating products in www.nocnoc.com and have the minimum spending of 2,000 Baht per transaction which not including delivery fee.
5. Discount codes can apply for participating products which not include installment fee or delivery fee.   
6. Discount codes cannot be refund when the cardmember make a cancellation of the purchase.

8. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
9. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions or details of this promotion, including to change the privileges under this promotion to any equivalent privileges without prior notice.
10. KTC and NocNoc.com reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
