Discount code term and condition

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during 1 October 2021 – 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD cash card.
3. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who and have the minimum spending at 2,000 Baht/sales slip and redeem 999 points for a discount code valued at 200 Baht via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only. Limit 1,500 discount codes throughout the promotion period (for first 500 transactions per month).
4. 1 discount codes per 1 sales slip only and should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. The codes for apply to get discount of product price.
6. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points.
7. Discount codes cannot apply for some category of products such as on sale products, furniture, light also some service such as design service, installation fee, delivery fee and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions / cash voucher.
8. Discount codes valid until 15 January 2022.
9. In the case that the cardmembers are not apply discount code before expire date, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
10. Discount codes cannot be refund when the cardmember make a cancellation of the purchase.
11. Discount codes cannot be refund when the cardmember make a point redemption.
12. Only participating branches; Ratchada, Rangsit, Kaset-Nawamin, Phutthamonthon, Suvannabhumi, Ratchapruk, Rama 2, Chiangmai, Pitsanulok, Udonthani, Pattaya, Sattaheep, Rayong, Hua Hin and Suratthani.
13. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
14. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

The Redeeming e-Coupon via KTC Mobile App Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app and KTC Promo (“KTC Mobile app)” at participating branches of Boonthavorn store during 1 October 2021 -  31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Please notify staff before each usage of this special privilege.
3. Only press redeem to use the e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
4. KTC reserves the right not to accept e-Coupon codes from recordings or photos capturing from a mobile phone or computer screen under any circumstances.
5. KTC reserves the right to limit the usage of one e-Coupon per each payment per sales slip. Multiple sales slip cannot be combined.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
