Discount e-Coupon for PunThai Coffee via KTC Mobile app Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privilege to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC Mobile app and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) to fill tank at PT Gas Station nationwide during 1 Sep 20 – 30 Nov 20 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC SME COMMERCIAL VISA, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC-SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and all types of KTC PROUD Cash Card.
3. When the cardmembers have spending amount with KTC credit card at participating stores under oil category with MCC Code: 5541, 5542 at 700 Baht up/sales slip after discount deduction from any other promotional campaign during the promotion period, the cardmembers will get 1 “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage”
4. KTC will send “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” to the eligible cardmembers under this promotion via “KTC Mobile App” within same day of their spending according to specified conditions. The cardmembers must press receive “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” to use it within 15 days from the day received the coupon. If the cardmembers do not press receive “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” within the specified time, KTC reserves the right to cancel the coupon without prior notice.
5. In the case that the cardmembers register to use KTC Mobile app after date and time of their spending amount with KTC credit card, KTC reserves the right to not send “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” retrospectively.
6. To receive “e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” under this promotion, the cardmembers must spend with KTC credit card at 700 Baht up/ sales slip after discount deduction from any other promotional campaign only. Sales slips cannot be combined.
7. The rights to receive “Discount e-Coupon for PunThai” are limited to total 20,000 rights throughout promotion period.
8. “ e-Coupon for FREE Punthai Beverage” privilege in this promotion is only eligible for one redemption per each transaction as discount off a glass of hot or cold beverage at a Punthai store. The e-Coupon must be displayed to a storefront employee and may not be claimed through mobile phone screen captures.
9. Seven Punthai stores that are not part of this promotion include: Khlung (Chanthaburi), Kamphaeng Saen 8, Noo Kung Nok (Ratchaburi), Nopphawong Intersection (Pathum Thani), Lat Bua Luang, Takua Pa, and Viseth Market (Ratchaburi).
10. KTC reserves the right to calculate the transaction amount with KTC credit card to grant special privileges in this promotion only using transaction balances for regular-priced products or services, and installment payments for products or services with KTC credit card calculated from the full balance before installments. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fines and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of products or services purchases and all refunds from the calculation to offer special privileges under this promotion.
11. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
12. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
13. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. 1. The privilege under this promotion is for KTC UNIONPAY Cardmembers issued in Thailand and the card starts with number 62 only.
