Cash Back when spending under 0% Installment payment with KTC card (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee Installment payment with KTC card (“0% Installment payment with KTC card”) at Autobacs participating stores during  1Jul – 31 Oct 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type AT1, space following by 16-digit credit card number follow by # and spending amount/ sales slip and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at //www.ktc.co.th, 1 time per 1 transaction. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% installment payment with KTC card at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:

   100 Baht	5,000 – 9,999 Baht
   300 Baht	10,000 – 29,999 Baht
   900 Baht	30,000 – 49,999 Baht
   1,500 Baht	50,000 – 79,999 Baht

6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under 0% installment payment with KTC card occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only, and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.

0% installment payment with KTC card terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“card”) at Autobacs during 1Jul – 31 Oct 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The 0% installment payment with KTC card is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. Goods/services that do not participate in the 0% KTC card installment service according to this promotion and have a minimum price of 3,000 baht or more, can pay installments via KTC card installment services via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online which has interest rates and fees of 0.74% credit line for a maximum of 10 months. For KTC credit card and interest rate and credit usage fee rate 0.99% per month, in case of 3 - 18 months installment payment and 1.16% per month, in case of payment period of more than 18 months for KTC PROUD cash card.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Autobacs participating stores during 1Jul – 31 Oct 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.  
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. and KTC PROUD cash card.
3. 3.The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AT, space following by 16-digit credit card number and # Followed by the points you want to redeem send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at //www.ktc.co.th. In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem every 1,000 KTC Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly.
9. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
