Cash back redemption terms and conditions 
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at POWERBUY ITECHWORLD is during 20 Aug 2019  - 26 Aug 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
4. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any price different, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
5. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 sales slip.  
8. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points at the minimum of 1,000 points and not over spending amount per sales slip to receive discount 12% on Monday to Thursday and discount 15% on Friday to Sunday for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
3. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
4. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
