Installment Payment with KTC Card plan terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating stores during 1 October 2020 - 31 December 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Goods/services that do not participate in 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan can be participate in Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online plan which has interest and credit line usage fee according to specified conditions only.

Cash Back when spending under Installment payment with KTC Card plan (by tier) Terms and Conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee Installment payment with KTC Card Plan (“0% Installment payment with KTC Card Plan”) at participating stores under category electronics, MCC Code: MCC Code: 5732, 5311, 5722 including Power buy online (MID 981400353), Samsung online (MID 981400305) (“participating stores”) during 1 October 2020 - 31 December 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type CE, space following by 16-digit credit card number and sign # point to redeem (if not wish to redeem, put 0) send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. The cardmembers who spend with the card under Installment payment start 6 months up with KTC Card Plan at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as the following:
   - Get 250 Baht cash back when have spending amount per sales slip 10,000 – 24,999 Baht
   - Get 700 Baht cash back when have spending amount per sales slip 25,000 – 49,999 Baht
   - Get 1,600 Baht cash back when have spending amount per sales slip 50,000 – 79,999 Baht
   - Get 3,200 Baht cash back when have spending amount per sales slip 80,000 - 149,999 Baht
   - Get 7,500 Baht cash back when have spending amount per sales slip 150,000 Baht upward
6. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under Installment payment with KTC Card Plan occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only, and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amout under cash advance, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
11.The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
12. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 20,000 Baht per 1 credit card number throughout the promotion period.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores including Power buy online (MID 981400353), Samsung online (MID 981400305) during 1 October 2020 - 31 December 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CE (for installment payment) or CR (for full payment), space following by 16-digit credit card number and sign # points amount to redeem (if not require to redeem points, put 0) send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 3,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 3,000 KTC points to receive 400 Baht credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only. (The maximum points to redeem would not exceed the payment per sales slip.)
6. KTC points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis
9. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
