1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating merchants during 1 May 2024 – 31 October 2024.
2. Details of the exclusive privileges that participate in this program as specified in the public relations media. Cardmembers please ask for more details from the service providers before using the service.
3. In case there is an excess payment after the deduction of this item. Cardmembers has to pay the excess by KTC credit card only.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating merchants during 1 May 2024 – 31 October 2024 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer a credit cash back to the KTC credit cardmembers who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with the card at participating merchants during promotion period according to specified conditions only.
4. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type PP, space following by 16-digit credit card number and #numbers of points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time). In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
5. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that member have specified the greatest number of points to be redeemed.
6. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
7. The cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip may redeem 1,000 KTC Points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. For the calculation of spending amount with the card to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate only the spending amount that can be divisible by 1,000 which will calculate every 1,000 Baht for 12% credit cash back.  
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
