KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) for Teleconsultation service at Samitivej Virtual Hospital during 10 April 2020 – 31 July 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC-ROP all types, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type SVH, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time) or register online at www.ktc.co.th/svh. Register every time within the day of spending, In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. KTC reserves the right to use points to redeem services according to this program. Only members spending via card. In order to pay the doctor's consultation fee for the first 15 minutes through Samitivej Virtual Hospital worth 500 baht. Member must pay the said service fee first And register to use 3,500 points to redeem the service as specified.
5. Consultation fee is 500 Baht per 15 minutes. Terms and conditions applied by Samitivej Virtual Hospital.
6. KTC will credit the cash back into the card member's account within 60 days from the end of the month in which the spending is made.
7. KTC reserve the right to limit points redemption to receive cash back under this promotion, up to 1 right per 1 sales slip per 1 card number only.
8. We reserve the right to redeem services according to this program. Only members who have enough points in their account to redeem services according to the specified conditions.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
