1. Details of the discount benefits and/or products/services participate in this promotion program is to be as stated in the point of purchase media. Cardmembers are required can ask for more details from the hospital/clinic before using the service every time.
2. Cardmembers can get privileges immediately at the hospital.

Privilege 2 : Redeem 1,999 KTC FOREVER points for 300 Baht credit cash back

1. This promotional campaign is provided to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on vaccine with KTC credit card promotion period according to specified conditions only.  
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORAT and all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type HOV, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. The cardmembers who spend with card may redeem 1,999 KTC Points to receive credit cash back 300 Baht in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. Prices and lists of vaccines include in this promotion program are as specified by the hospitals/clinics.
6. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 1 right per sales slip per card number.
8. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.

General terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Vichaiyut Hospital during 16 April 22 – 31 MAY 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Cardmembers can check the list of participating hospitals/clinics at www.ktc.co.th
3. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign or be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
6. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant hospitals/clinics. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
7. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
8. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
