KTC FOREVER Points for Products Redemption Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at [participating branches of dessert shops during 1 Feb 2023 – 31 Dec 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE PLATINUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC points under this promotion only for cardmembers. The cardmembers may redeem KTC points to receive products at customer service counter of the stores within the same day as when the spending amount has been made with the card under in accordance with specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to give the products by redeeming KTC points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the products in accordance with specified conditions only.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
