Pay for health insurance premium of FWD Healthy MAX with KTC credit card and get up to 15% cash back with no limit throughout promotion period

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit card members (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 1 January 2021 – 30 June 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude cash advance, insurance premium type Unit Linked, insurance premium automatic payment with KTC credit card, KTC PHONE transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of extra KTC Points and/or credit cash back offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
3. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, the calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
4. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of the month that the cardmembers paid for insurance premium according to specified conditions.
5. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
6. The insurance underwriting and coverage terms and conditions are provided by FWD Insurance Company.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the card members.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the card members, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
9. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

3. 5. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
6. KTC reserves the right to give cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
