Promotion for KTC JCB PLATINUM Credit Card at Allianz Ayudhya

Terms and Conditions of Special Promotion

1. Exclusively for Allianz Ayudhya Assurance Public Company Limited customers having full premium spending with JCB credit card issued by the financial institutions located in Thailand as per the following terms and conditions:
   • Insurance premium starting from THB 25,000 – THB 99,999 or more per policy, the customers will get the Lazada Discount Code of THB 500 value.
   • Insurance premium starting from THB 100,000 or more and onwards per policy the customers will get the Lazada Discount Code of THB 2,000 value.
2. This sales promotion campaign is not applicable to premium spending of Unit Linked Product
3. The Lazada Discount Code shall be sent via SMS according to the contact numbers, provided by the customers for the Company, within 60 days from the following premium spending date via JCB credit card. Each code has a value of THB 500. For example, when the customer receives the Lazada Discount Code of THB 2,000 value, he/she will get total of four codes via SMS and each code will be worth at THB 500.
4. Each customer shall earn only one maximum prize per policy.
5. The Company reserves the right to limit the offers of Lazada Discount Code at 1,600 codes throughout the promotion period. Once maximum limit is reached, this sales promotion campaign shall immediately be terminated.
6. The Lazada Discount Code cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
7. JCB shall not be involved in or held liable for the sale, guarantee of any products and/or services, such as product delivery, product quality assurance, or others handled by Lazada.
8. JCB considers all customers joining this sales promotion campaign have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions applied under this sales promotion campaign.
9. In the event of conflicts, the decision of working group under this sales promotion campaign shall be treated as final.

1. Customer must enter voucher code into voucher code field and spending with JCB Credit Card only.
2. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using discount voucher.
3. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada discount and is not eligible for excluded items.
4. Discount cannot be used with 1.) Mobile Top-ups 2.) Gold 3.) Baby Milk Formula 1&2 4.) Digital coupon
5. In case of return due to ‘Change of Mind’, the discount code cannot be reissued
6. Discount does not cover shipping fee and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
7. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
8. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/ seller/ service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/ services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and is not involved regarding any products/ services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/ services, or sales slip/ tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/ or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/ or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
