1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card members (“Members”) who spend via the card through the Krungthai Next Application channel during October 10, 2024 – December 31, 2024 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this program.
3. This privilege is only for the payment of the first-year and renewal year insurance premium on participating products and via the Krungthai NEXT Application by entering the discount code “NEXTKTC01” only.
4. Krungthai Bank reserves the right to grant 1 prize per 1 purchase only for the purchaser of participating insurance from Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited via the Krungthai NEXT channel during the promotion period. The policy coverage must remain in force.
5. The right to grant special privileges is reserved for policyholders whose name matches the user account on Krungthai Connext Line only.

7. The right to reserve the insurance premium for installment payment at 0% must have a minimum amount of 5,000 baht or more.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
