Terms and Conditions

The privileges for Allianz Ayudhya Assurance Public Company Limited customers having full premium payment via KTC JCB credit card with the following details:
1. Insurance premium starting from 25,000 baht and onwards per policy* get Shopee discount code 500 baht.
2. Insurance premium starting from 100,000 baht and onwards per policy* get Shopee discount code 2,000 baht.
3. Insurance premium starting from 1,000,000 baht and onwards per policy* get Shopee discount code 5,000 baht.
This sales promotion campaign is not applicable to premium payment of Unit Linked Product.
Shopee discount code will be sent via SMS according to the contact number that the customer has given to the company within 60 days from the date of insurance premium payment via KTC JCB PLATINUM credit card. Each code is 500 baht value. For example, In case of customer receive Shopee discount code 2,000 baht value, the customer will receive 4 Shopee discount code 500 baht value via SMS.
Customers will receive only one highest prize per 1 policy.
Reserves the right to limit Shopee discount code offers at 2,000 discount codes throughout the promotion period. Once maximum limit is reached, this sales promotion campaign shall immediately be terminated.
Shopee discount code cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
JCB shall not be involved in or held liable for the sale, guarantee of any products and/or services, such as product delivery, product quality assurance, or others handled by Shopee.
JCB considers all credit card members joining this sales promotion campaign have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions applied under this sales promotion campaign.
In the event of conflicts, the decision of working group under this sales promotion campaign shall be treated as final.

Terms and Conditions for Shopee Code

This code is valid within 60 days after receiving the SMS and have to spend with JCB credit card only.
This code can be used for 1 code person and applicable for Shopee Application
This code cannot be applicable for Tickets, Vouchers, Baby milk powder age 1-2 years old, Mobile Phone, Television, Gold, and Regulated items. the privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
The company has no obligation to refund in case of cancellation
The discount cannot be transferred to any third party and cannot be exchanged into cash
Partner company and Shopee (Thailand) reserve the right to change terms and conditions or suspend any promotion by no need to prior report in advance.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
