#UnlimitedBlissful at Studio 7, Banana, BKK Mobile, Kingkong Phone, IT CITY, JIB, ADVICE with KTC credit cards

Cash Back when spending Terms and Conditions 
1.    Promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Studio 7, Banana, BKK Mobile, Kingkong Phone, IT CITY, JIB, ADVICE stores during 1 Jun 2019 – 31 Aug 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2.    KTC reserves the right to give credit cash back to cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only. 
3.    In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims a credit cash back under this promotion.
4.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. KTC reserves the right to calculate spending amount with card in order to give the prize under this promotion from spending amount in full payment.
5.    For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
6.    KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period (31 Aug 2019).
7.    KTC reserves the right not to give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
8.    The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.
9.    The cardmembers who want to participate in the cash back 200 Baht on Friday, Saturday and Sunday promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type RTL, space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
10.    The cardmembers who want to participate in the cashback 13% when spending more than 2,000 Baht promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type ICT, space following by 16-digit credit card number following with #The amount in sale slip and send to 061 3845000 (3 Baht/time) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, one-time registration per one credit card number throughout the promotion within the first spending date during the promotion. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.

 

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
1.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
2.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
3.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
4.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
