Terms & Condition for extra points

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores] during 1 Jul 2022 – 31 Dec 2022  (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC MASTERCARD credit cards and KTC PROUD Cash Card.
3. Cardmembers who wish to earn extra KTC Points under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type AIS or DTN or TRU, followed by a space, 16-digit credit card digits and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th by registering within the applying date for the service (1 time registration per merchant is required throughout the promotion period). In this regard, cardmembers must receive KTC’s registration confirmation message in order to participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only. 
5. In the case that cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card accounts. In the case that cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. Cardmembers who spend with card by KTC auto payment service at participating store. Cardmembers will earn 2X-3X KTC points in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC will credit extra KTC points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 90 days from the date of the month the 3rd and 6th month payment is made according to the terms of the promotion.
8. Extra points that cardmembers will earn according to this promotion will expire within 1 year from the month it was granted.
9. Exclusively for cardmembers who new register for a KTC Auto payment service  who must have no automatic monthly payment history with a KTC credit card at stores that cardmembers have applied at, for a period of 180 days from the date of registration.
10. Cardmembers must have consecutive automatic monthly payments according to the conditions of the promotion. In the event that the automatic payments are discontinuous for any reason, the Company will deem that the conditions under this promotion are not met.
11. This promotion is limited to 1 transaction per store per card number. In the event that there are more than 1 transaction made in the same store each month, KTC will grant privileges to the transaction with the highest value.
12. The amount of payment that is used to calculate extra points is limited to a maximum of 1,500 baht per 1 transaction per month.
13. To be eligible for the promotion, cardmembers must have their first auto payment transaction within two months of registering.
14. KTC will calculate extra reward points for a period of 6 months from the first month in which the payment has been deducted.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
