Online Promotion with HappyFresh

1. This promotion is granted to all types of KTC cardmembers when shop via HappyFresh Mobile Application and www.happyfresh.co.th with KTC CREDIT CARDS by completing 16 digits of KTC Credit Card number in the payment page. The system will automatically calculate the discount. Promotion period is July 1st, 2020 – September 30^th, 2020 only. For new customers, receive 12% (maximum of 150 Baht, 800 discount codes/ program) discount when making the first purchase at the minimum order is 1,200 Baht/transaction plus free delivery service. For existing customers, receive 5% discount when making purchase at the minimum order of 1,200 Baht. (maximum of 100 Baht, 1,000 discount codes/ program)
2. For new customers, limit 1 discount code / 1 cardmember and limit 6 discount codes / 1 cardmember for existing customer all through the promotion period. KTC cardmembers are required to sign up for HappyFresh membership before applying the discount (At www.happyfresh.co.th and Mobile Application is available for download at App Store or Google Play).
3. Promotional period starts from July 1st, 2020 – September 30^th, 2020 (3 months).
4. KTC does not involve in and therefore assumes no liability in respect of services, sales, and product and service warranty, including but not limited to quality assurance, etc.
5. KTC reserves the right to assume that all participating KTC cardmembers have entirely agreed on all applicable terms and conditions under the promotion campaign throughout the promotional period.
6. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
7. HappyFresh reserves the right to cancel any order which does not comply with the determined terms and conditions, as well as reserves the right to amend or revise any terms and conditions under the promotion without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, the company’s decision is deemed final and is applicable to all participating shops.
8. If item is out of stock, new customers will receive the discount of 12% that is not exceed 150 Baht. Existing customers will receive the discount of 5% that is not exceed 100 Baht.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
10. Discount code cannot use with some products including Infant Formula and alcoholic beverage.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
